Uprising - Seasonal espresso

This is our seasonal blend, it changes with the seasons and is always super flavoursome. 

Right now, it’s a tasty Brazil natural, with classic Chocolate & raisin notes complimented with the syrupy African Burundi, adding body & red berry notes. We love this as an espresso straight up but it adds another dimension to a flat white and other milk based drinks.

Dose: 16-18g 
Temperature: 94-95C
Time: 31-33s
Weight: 32-36g/ml

Cafetière

Dose: 18g per 250ml
Temperature: 95C
Time: 3:30-4min
Weight: 250ml

Roast Day
Roast & dispatch days are Tuesday & Wednesday. All orders placed after midnight on Tuesday will be roasted & dispatched the following Tuesday.
